Requirements

For all translation projects, I require a sample text faxed
or E-mailed before I can make a commitment.

Rates are on U.S. cents per word of the final computer word count
of the finished translation or, according to the project, based on
a per minute rate.

Editing and proofreading rates are estimated by page
and amount of corrections, if required.

When a video is involved, I will need a VHS, DVD or digital copy
of the video and the transcription or script in the original language.
If no transcription or script exists, there will be a charge of 25%
over the translation price.

Payments

When you receive the written estimate from RGP Translations,
please sign it to indicate your approval, and fax or e-mail it back
to me so that I can start working on your project immediately.
Depending on the size of the project,
a 50% deposit may be requested.

All balances are due upon completion and delivery of materials.
