BIO

I was born in Mexico City, to a family of talented and renowned
entertainers. I graduated from Oxford Teacher's Academy, attended Ontario Ladies College in Toronto, Canada, and UCLA in Los Angeles, California, where I studied dramatic art, my first love. I have done extensive traveling around Europe, North and South America, and since I am completely fluent in both English and Spanish, started translating for a recognized publishing company in Mexico City when I was only 16 years old.

True to my family history, I became a hard working and popular actress, but translating was something that I never left behind. While fulfilling my acting engagements, I never stopped translating everything from retail brochures and feature films, to plays from American playwrights for my mother's teather and TV productions. In 1986, I moved back to Los Angeles, California, where I am now totally dedicated to the art of translation and interpretation.
